Prince of Songkla University (PSU), a public university established in 1967 as the first university in southern Thailand, consists of five campuses which offer multifarious programs including natural resources, agriculture, agro-industry, biotechnology, environmental management, science, engineering, medical and health science, social science and humanity, education, management science and tourism. The university aims to produce excellent specialized core-knowledge and innovation to drive the future. The University international mission in the past years has been to provide support and facilities for students and staff exchanges, and to develop more international programs with partner universities. Every year, PSU welcomes hundreds of students from all parts of the world through our global network of exchange programs. Apart from main teaching and research activities, providing academic services to communities is another important commitment. Being the regional university in southern Thailand, programs offered cover main disciplines and the graduate programs are designed for both research and educational aspects. Graduates and research outputs of the university, particularly in agriculture have played important roles in related fields nationally and internationally.
