What research subject(s) do we want to set up together?

Here we can share our ideas and wishes regarding the research subject(s) we would like to set up together during AsiFood.

Of course it has to deal with food safety and food quality in ASEAN.

The target could be to start a significant research project before the end of AsiFood (Oct 2018).

SUPAGRO’s researchers would be keen for a topic around “impact of the process on food quality (safety, nutrition, sensory…)”. Ideally with some professionals as partners.
